The position will provide customer service support by obtaining / verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Assist customers by ensuring orders contain all materials necessary to accomplish their objectives. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed to provide our customers with the service/support to achieve corporate and department goals. This position will support the Sales and Field teams as necessary to meet customer needs and expectations.Responsibilities: Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and refer to appropriate internal contact. Receive, edit, process and verify the accuracy of service orders from customers utilizing the computerized software system. The focus will be on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Initiate required action for response to customer service request including the collection of order information, and communicating changes to Customer care Manager. Operate a computer workstation to obtain and extract service order information and provide Customer Care Manager with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports. Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center. Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary. Represent the company to customers. May maintain direct, continuing relationship with certain customers. Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the quality system. Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by management.Qualifications: Associates degree with 1-3 years of experience Proficient computer skills Must have a flexible schedule and able to work the on-call shift as needed Flexible, cooperative, and proactive Able to work independently in a team oriented environment Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot Execute multi tasks in a timely manner Detail oriented SAP knowledge a plus Microsoft Access a plus *** PLEASE INCLUDE ID #11058 IN SUBJECT LINE WHEN POSTING***
